Terms and Conditions

These Terms and Conditions apply when you visit our website or hire Krystle Scenery Landscaping for any service. By using our website or booking work with us, you agree to these terms.

Our services

We provide residential landscaping and property maintenance, including lawn care, gardening, tree and bush trimming, interlocking, pressure washing, sod and seeding, planting, snow removal, and walkway clearing. The exact scope of any job is set out in the quote we send you.

Quotes and pricing

• Quotes are based on the information you share and what we see on a site visit.
• Quotes remain valid for 30 days unless stated otherwise.
• If site conditions are different from what was described, we may need to adjust pricing. We will always discuss any changes with you first.

Bookings and scheduling

We do our best to arrive on the agreed day. Weather, equipment issues, or earlier jobs running long can sometimes cause delays. If that happens, we will let you know as soon as possible and reschedule.

Payment

• Payment terms are listed on each invoice.
• We accept e transfer and other methods we may offer from time to time.
• Late payments may be subject to a reasonable late fee.

Cancellations

For one time jobs, please give us at least 24 hours notice if you need to cancel or reschedule. For recurring services, you can pause or stop the schedule by contacting us before your next visit.

Property access and conditions

You agree to give us safe access to your property on the day of service and to let us know about any underground lines, irrigation, pets, or other features we should be aware of. We are not responsible for damage caused by hidden items we were not told about.

Snow removal terms

• Service triggers, snowfall thresholds, and timing are set out in your seasonal contract.
• Vehicles, toys, and other items left in driveways or walkways may delay or limit service.
• Salt is applied at safe levels. Some surface staining can occur on certain materials.

Plant and lawn results

Plants, sod, and seed depend on weather, watering, and care. We will give you clear aftercare guidance but cannot guarantee results that depend on factors outside our control.

Liability

We carry insurance and work carefully on every property. To the fullest extent permitted by law, our liability for any claim related to our services is limited to the amount you paid for the job in question.

Governing law
